Elle Brumley joined the ASTA team as the Director of Meetings in August 2022. In her role, she oversees all aspects of the meetings and logistics for ASTA events.  She brings extensive planning experience to successfully execute events that meet the association’s strategic goals.

Before coming to ASTA, Elle was the Associate Director of Events for the Law & Economics Center, George Mason University. Elle was responsible for running 90+ events annually for judges, law professors, and attorney generals. Before this, Elle was the Associate Director of Conferences and Events for the Plastics Industry Association, where she spearheaded the event department. She also served as the staff lead on the National Plastics Expo Content Committee, working on all education programs for the tradeshow, which attracted 64,000 attendees. Elle has a rich repertoire of event management experience, specializing in managing large projects and bespoke events.

Originally hailing from Warwickshire in the United Kingdom, Elle attended the University of Kent at Canterbury, obtaining a BA Honors degree in Philosophy. In her spare time, Elle enjoys watching rugby union, traveling, cooking spicy food, English comedians, and cuddling with her Maine coon cat, Tallis. Oh, and Elle never says no to a costume party!
