2020 Annual Meeting Update

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 ASTA Annual Meeting & Exhibits is officially cancelled.

The ASTA Annual Meeting & Exhibits will not be held in person this year due to health concerns, public health recommendations, and travel restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.  For answers to common questions please visit ASTA’s FAQ.

The ASTA Annual Meeting & Exhibits will be transformed to ASTA Online — a series of online, interactive sessions taking place in the coming months.

ASTA Online will include at least 10 hours of interactive virtual educational sessions. Registrants will also receive presentation recordings, powerpoint decks, videos, and additional resources. The sessions will include modules on crop reports, market trends, FDA updates, global trade and regulation information, relevant chemical regulation updates, and more. Brand new content on navigating COVID-19 for the food industry and other hot topics will also be included.

More information about ASTA Online, including a fully updated content schedule, will be available soon. Registrants from the Annual Meeting will receive a refund for the difference between the original registration payment and the new discounted ASTA Online registration fee. ASTA is also managing hotel room cancellations from the ASTA room block.
