ASTA Good Manufacturing Practices Guide Now Available

The ASTA Food Safety Committee has given final approval to the new ASTA Good Manufacturing Practices Guide. Written by Food Safety Committee members, the guide covers a wide range of topics, including facility standards, allergen controls, and pathogen control. It is recommended that a variety of individuals in member companies be made aware of the new guide, including senior management, production, technical and QA staff, and company auditors. Members are also encouraged to provide the guide to their suppliers.
