The American Spice Trade Association (ASTA) is committed to protecting individuals privacy.  For this reason ASTA has developed a policy that describes how ASTA collects, uses, and shares information when individuals utilize ASTA services including, but not limited to, accessing staff, join, register or otherwise participate in any ASTA event or meeting, participate in ASTA surveys, access and use all ASTA operated and controlled websites.

DATA WE COLLECT
By completing event registration forms, ASTA is collecting your name, email, address, phone number, company affiliation, personal preferences and payment information so that ASTA can facilitate, process and confirm your registration for this event. Additionally, unless otherwise expressly requested to ASTA, by completing the event registration forms, your name, address, email address, phone numbers, and company affiliation will be included in the ASTA event attendee list which is provided electronically and in hardcopy to other ASTA event attendees and speakers.
