Room Rate

The group room rate is $259 per night, plus tax, for a standard King room (single/double occupancy). When making your reservation, please be certain to select the standard King room, as this has the ASTA preferred rate applied to it.

The group room rate is available until Sunday, October 1, based on availability. ASTA recommends you make your room reservations as early as possible to ensure rooms are available. 

Transportation Information

The closest airport is Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA), 15 minutes drive from the hotel. The closest metro stop is McPherson Square which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. 

Valet parking is available at the hotel; overnight parking is $51+ tax, and daily parking is $28+ tax.

Local Transportation to the Regulatory Workshop

Hogan Lovells is approximately 1.1 miles from the hotel. A complimentary shuttle from the Viceroy Hotel to Hogan Lovells will be offered each morning. For the Closing Reception on Wednesday evening, a shuttle will depart from Hogan Lovells, stopping once at the Viceroy Hotel before reaching the Embassy of Lebanon. An exact shuttle schedule will be announced to attendees before the event.

Walking from the hotel takes approximately 20 minutes; driving takes approximately 8 minutes. The closest metro station is Metro Center. If you are driving, Columbia Square Parking Garage has daily parking and is accessible via 12th Street. Take the garage elevator to the lobby level and follow the signs to security check-in for Hogan Lovells.
