Everyone attending all or part of the meeting must register in full. Online registration is now available on ASTA’s convenient online system.

| REGISTRATION & SUITCASING POLICIES:
Family members active in the spice trade and all exhibitors must register at the annual meeting registration rate. Guest/Spouse registration is for social events only. Children under 12 are not permitted at ASTA events. ASTA has a zero tolerance policy against suitcasing at the ASTA Annual Meeting. Suitcasing is the practice in which unregistered attendees gain access to an ASTA event, hold competing events or conduct business with legitimately registered event attendees at the event venue. Violators may be subject to the potential penalties as outlined in the ASTA Suitcasing Policy. |

Attendee Information
Beginning with the week following the opening of registration on Wednesday, January 15, the attendee list is updated weekly on Monday with registered attendees from the previous week. As we approach the meeting, updates will occur more frequently. The most updated list will be available in the mobile app at the conference.
In an effort to cut down on unauthorized solicitations and to protect the privacy of our attendees, ASTA will now only provide company names on the public attendee list. The names of registered individuals will be exclusively available to ASTA members and registered attendees.

Hotel Information
The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is host to ASTA’s 2020 Annual Meeting & Exhibits. It is an AAA Four-Diamond hotel, adjacent to the San Diego Convention Center and is walking distance to Petco Park and the Gaslamp Quarter. The hotel offers views of the bay and the city skyline and features the eforea spa, heated saltwater bayside pool, fitness center, and five dining venues.

ASTA Room Rate
The group room rate is $299 per night, plus tax, for standard rooms, single/double occupancy. Upgraded room options are available at a higher rate.
Hotel Reservation
Reservations can be made by online or by phone at 1-800-Hiltons. If you are making a reservation by phone, be sure to mention the group code ASTA to receive the group rate.
Hotel reservation Deadline
The group room rate is available until Thursday, March 26, 2020, based on availability. ASTA recommends you make your room reservations as early as possible to ensure rooms are available.
| BOOKING ADVISORY: The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is the only official host hotel and ASTA does not use housing agencies. We strongly recommend you do not book your hotel room with any company claiming to offer these services. Attendees should make their reservations directly with the hotel using the secure ASTA booking link above. ASTA cannot guarantee that rooms booked through any third-party service are legitimate reservations. |
