2020 Annual Business Meeting (Members Only)

The ASTA Business Meeting will be held virtually at 11am-12pm ET on April 21, 2020 to conduct elections of the 2020-2021 ASTA Board of Directors and Arbitration Board.

All ASTA members are welcome to participate in the meeting, however only Active Members are eligible to vote and only one individual may register as the official voting representative from each Active member company. Voting representatives should indicate themselves as such on the registration form.

All members are welcome to raise questions and Association business during the virtual meeting. In addition, the ASTA Executive Committee will provide an introduction to ASTA’s new strategic plan and an overview of recent, ongoing and upcoming advocacy and projects. Further, the Treasurer will provide an update on the Association’s finances, including presenting the audit of the 2018-2019 fiscal year, and an update on the new financial investment strategy, as well as the impact of the Annual Meeting cancellation. Please note that ASTA’s Bylaws require a quorum of 30 active members at the meeting. As such, all ASTA members are asked to attend the Business Meeting. And finally, don’t miss special guest speaker Ben Nemtin, the keynote from the 2019 Annual Meeting who inspired many to pursue their bucket lists!

The Nominating Committee Slate, 2019 Financial Audit, and 2020 ASTA Annual Report are now available. Members are encouraged to review these documents in advance of the Business Meeting.
